Orders are processed to be dispatched next working day.

We will aim to prepare click & collect items the same day on orders made before 4pm Monday-Friday.

Returns
We offer a 14-Day returns policy on all items that are unworn and returned to us in the same condition with tags still intact. To open a return please email us at contact@sheanies.com with your order number, name & address. We will refund the value of any items ordered, however, we are unable to refund the original postage fee and you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.

Our store is open for collections 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Any orders made before 4pm on a weekday can be collected the same day. Orders made on evenings/weekends are available for collection the next working day. Cheers!
